Based in Cleveland, Brisbane since 1948, Crane Valuers provides a range of services for property valuations throughout the Redland shire and surrounding islands. We are a locally recognised and respected valuation company who conduct commercial, industrial and residential valuations for a variety of purposes and clients.

We cover all of Redland’s City, specialising in the southern Moreton Bay islands including North Stradbroke, Coochiemudlo, Lamb, Russell, Macleay and Karragarra islands. Our client base comprises a variety of financial institutions, developers, local solicitors, accountants and other professionals as well as a wide public referral base who request us to provide valuations for a variety of services (see Services tab).

Owner Chris Beattie has 35 years’ experience as a property valuer (AAPI Certified, QLD Registered Valuer 2179) and has been a local Redlands resident for many years. We are looking forward to hearing from you to help out in any way we can.
